What was Peter Chlebowski up to before he got on Betta? Apparently scoring an article in the first ever issue of 4lternative Kultures (That’s like Transworld, but for South America) and rocking a pair of Vans.  Of course, Bettas are his shoe of choice now.  Check out the six page spread.
